1 1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Cup Flour
2 Beaten Eggs
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
20 oz Can Crushed Pineapple (Do not drain)
Dump all of these is a bowl and mix with a spoon. Pour into a
greased baking pan and bake at 350 Degrees. For a 9"x13" bake for
about 35 minutes or until top is slightly browned. For a sheet cake
pan bake for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
Frosting:
1 stick butter, softened
1 pkg cream cheese, 8 oz, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 lb powdered sugar
Use mixer to combine and frost over cake while it is warm. I like to
sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon on top to make it look pretty in the
fall.
